HDS is a team of data consultants, programmers, analysts and customer service professionals singularly focused on providing healthcare information solutions to our clients. HDS has adopted a value-pricing model which allows clients to license only the data they need at a fair and reasonable price. Most companies license data and leave the solution piece up to you. HDS' approach has been vastly different. We don't just sell data and walk away. We go further than other data companies to see that the data gets you safely to your marketing or communication destination.

Our company was formed by executives with former leadership positions at infoUSA, Dun & Bradstreet, Donnelley Marketing, Experian to name a few. Our mission was to create a company that would stand on a few principles:

PhysicianPro, lead & data list on physicians, and DentistPro, dentist lists & lead data, is the industry's answer to common problems in healthcare marketing. PhysicianPro and DentistPro track the following components for every Physician and Dentist in America:

  • Biography – Where did your Doctor go to school? Is he/she board certified? Where does he admit and treat patients? What year did he graduate? Plus many other data elements.
  • Practice – How many practice locations does the physician work in? How many doctors are there in that practice? Who is the office manager? What is the Doctors' phone and fax number there?
  • Identification – HDS maintains all vital numbering systems in healthcare: Medicaid, Tax ID numbers, NPI, DEA and State License Numbers.

Health Care Data Compilation and Update Process

HDS now publishes physician database updates on a weekly basis. All other files are updated monthly or quarterly. HDS utilizes its call center to update records and researches all healthcare data from over 100 Government sources, 2,200 Telephone companies, 3rd Party Data sources and their own clients to maintain state of the art accuracy.
