Healthcare Data Solutions (HDS) has announced that Jeff Shippen has joined the company as Vice President, Database Group.

Mr. Shippen has over 25 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. Prior to joining HDS, he held the position of Vice President of Database Operations for Infogroup, with responsibility for the Business and Consumer database compilation, aggregation, and phone verification groups.

In addition, Mr. Shippen served Infogroup in the capacity of Vice President of Client Solutions, where he was responsible for the data processing services, e-mail marketing, database management, list fulfillment, and analytics groups. He has also held the titles of General Manager, Reseller Group; Vice President of Operations, Reseller Group; Business Unit Director, Donnelley Marketing; and various sales, management and operations roles.

"We have ambitious plans for Healthcare Data Solutions growth in information, technology and vertical market solutions over the next 18 months," said Tim Slevin, CEO of HDS. "Jeff will play an integral leadership role for HDS as we expand our solutions for Pharmacy, Aggregate Spend and Pharmaceutical markets. Mr. Shippen will be based out of the HDS Operations Center in Lincoln, NE. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and resides in Omaha, Nebraska.
