Mitch Wilson
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Mitch is a hands-on senior finance and management executive with over 25 years experience.
Previously, Mitch served as Executive VP and CFO of First American Professional Real Estate Services (FAPRES), a provider of products and information services to the commercial and residential real estate markets. In that role, he oversaw the finance and accounting departments and had responsibility for managing FAPRES acquisitions including due diligence, acquisition valuation, and contract negotiations. During his tenure, he was involved in acquiring eleven companies and integration of several sister companies.
Prior to joining First American, Mitch operated a consulting practice providing business planning, financial modeling and temporary CFO services for start-up and emerging companies. Formerly, he served in various finance-related positions, including CFO, for a software development company that was a major provider of inventory and POS interface systems for the grocery and drug store industries.
Mitch holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. He is based out of the corporate office in Lake Forest, CA. Mr. Wilson has four children and currently lives in Orange County, CA with his wife and youngest daughter. |
